Every idea starts with a problem. Ours was simple: traditional, mass-market skincare products do too much harm. Both on human health, thanks to the giddying constellation of chemicals found within formulations, and on Earth – with its large ecological footprint.

For a long time, we believed in the dichotomy of “good skin” and “good for the Earth”; that it was an either-or-choice.

Terrakai Skin was started to unshackle us from the bonds of that misguided belief.

Inspired by the lush, biochemically active botanicals that Australia has to offer, we took it upon ourselves to create clean, plant-powered, and performance-driven skincare formulations that not only honor skin health but also tread lightly on the Earth.

First, we sustainably harvest the most potent, resilient botanicals, from Kangaroo Paw to Kakadu Plum to Snowflower, straight from the lands of Australia. Then, we add a healthy dose of the purest, clinically proven plant-sourced actives to elevate efficacy further.
