Our delivery time guidelines are based on business days, which only includes Monday - Friday and excludes public holidays. 

 

USA & CANADA

We offer FREE shipping to the USA & CANADA for all orders equating to a spend of $120 USD and over.  For orders under $120 USD the shipping cost is $8 USD and the delivery time is 9-12 business days. Express Shipping is available and calculated upon checkout.  Delivery time is 5-8 business days for express shipping.

Express Shipping is FREE for orders of $150 AUD or more.
Express shipping is $9 and will be calculated upon checkout. 
Express delivery time is 1-3 business days.

When your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can track your package at any time.

Regular shipping charges to other international destinations will be added at time of checkout. The standard shipping fee ranges from $10-$30 depending on your order size.  You will receive your order in  7 - 14 days depending on your location. Local customs regulations and delivery depots could affect the final delivery time.

Terrakai Skin will not be responsible for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered at checkout. Terrakai Skin may cancel and refund orders where the stated shipping address is not within the countries we deliver to.
